Thread cutter

Responsibilities:

cutting and rolling of external and internal triangular and semicircular threads on parts and products;
cutting of threads of various profiles on complex parts on thread-cutting and thread-rolling machines using universal and special devices;
setting (manual) the machine depending on the metal and thread diameter;
rolling of threads on screws, bolts, pins;
processing and finalization of finished products;
adjustment and maintenance of the thread rolling machine;
work on machines: UPW12, GWR80, UPW25, UPWS25, EYC-3T.

at least 2 years of work experience;
secondary vocational / higher education;
reading technical documentation;
experience with a measuring tool;
knowledge of the design of the above machines or similar equipment;
knowledge of the system of tolerances and fits, qualities and roughness parameters;
knowledge of the rules for the selection and installation of taps and dies according to the diameter of the cut part;
machine troubleshooting skills.

salary: from 25,000 rubles. (on hand), premium part;

office and production is located in Taganrog on the 4th floor, Kotlostroitelnaya street 37-14 (10 minutes from the Martsevo triangle, the building of the former Furniture Factory); Transport: minibus 11, 14, 50, 56 to Lenta / TC Parus. Tram 5 to Lenta / TC Parus
