OST 34-10-736-93 Clamp for vertical pipelines

Clamps according to OST 34-10-736-93 are special fasteners, since its design consists of tape with holes along the edges, they can connect hoses in hydraulic and pneumatic systems (fuel, water).

DESIGN AND TECHNICAL FEATURES

The clamp structure consists of metal tape.

The material of manufacture must be of steels of grades 35, 12X18H10T.

Coating of clamps with zinc, chromium, nickel, cadmium, etc. is carried out in our own galvanic workshop. A multilayer coating is also available, such as copper-nickel (MN) or copper-nickel-chromium (MNX.6). After such processing, the clamps serve reliably in corrosive environments.

These clamps are used in many industries. An increased demand for products, in particular, is observed in the aircraft and machine-building industries, as well as in construction, energy and metalworking, where such clamps are used for hanging vertical pipelines of TPP and NPP DN 57-630 mm.
