Description of product design features

Straight adapters must be made in two versions:

• performance 1 – hell. 1
• performance 2 – hell. 2

Material:

• straight adapter – aluminum alloy AK4-1;
• compression nut – steel grade 30HGSA.

Maximum operating and ambient temperature for straight adapter – 150 ^oS.

Covering of straight adapters with anodic oxidation (An.Oks.tv10-15), compression nuts with cadmium (Kd6.fos.oks.gfzh) is carried out in our own electroplating shop.

Straight adapters with ferrule nuts are used in many industries. An increased demand for products, in particular, is observed in the aircraft industry, where such adapters are used for reliable connection of pipelines along the outer cone in liquid and gas systems of aircraft (helicopters).
