Description of product design features
Direct bushings must be made in two versions:
- performance 1 – hell. 1
- performance 2 – hell. 2
Production material: stamping from titanium alloys VT3-1, VT-6.
Carving – according to OST 1 00105-83, tolerance field 6е.
Covering of straight bushings with anodic oxidation (An.Ox. 2-3) is carried out in our own electroplating shop.
The code “1” is adopted to designate straight through-holes made of BT6 alloy.
An example of the name and designation of a direct through-hole version 1 to the pipeline Dn = 12 mm from alloy VT3- 1:
