Description of product design features
Washers should be made in 2 versions:
- performance 1 – accuracy class A and C;
- performance 2 – accuracy class A.
Material:
- carbon structural steels – St3, St3kp, 08, 08kp, 10, 10kp, 15, 20, 35, 45;
- alloyed structural steels – 40X, 30XGSA;
- high-alloy steels – 20X13, 12X18H10T
- brass – L63, L59-1, L63antimagnetic
- copper – M3
- aluminum alloy – AMg5, D1, AD1
- bronze – BrAMts9-2
Washer coating:
- cadmium;
- zinc;
- oxide chemical;
- chemical passivation;
- anodic oxide;
- nickel;
- silver;
- copper;
- phosphate
performed in our own electroplating shop.
The hardness of steel washers of accuracy class A must be at least 140HV, of accuracy class C – at least 100 HV.
