Washers in accordance with GOST 11371-78 – normal series of accuracy classes A and C for fasteners with thread diameters from 1 to 48 mm.

Description of product design features

Washers should be made in 2 versions:

  • performance 1 – accuracy class A and C;
  • performance 2 – accuracy class A.

Material:

  • carbon structural steels – St3, St3kp, 08, 08kp, 10, 10kp, 15, 20, 35, 45;
  • alloyed structural steels – 40X, 30XGSA;
  • high-alloy steels – 20X13, 12X18H10T
  • brass – L63, L59-1, L63antimagnetic
  • copper – M3
  • aluminum alloy – AMg5, D1, AD1
  • bronze – BrAMts9-2

Washer coating:

  • cadmium;
  • zinc;
  • oxide chemical;
  • chemical passivation;
  • anodic oxide;
  • nickel;
  • silver;
  • copper;
  • phosphate

performed in our own electroplating shop.

The hardness of steel washers of accuracy class A must be at least 140HV, of accuracy class C – at least 100 HV.

Examples of the designation of a washer of execution of the 1st accuracy class A for a fastener with a thread diameter of 12 mm, with a thickness established in the standard, made of steel grade 08kp, with a zinc coating 6 microns thick chromated:

Product applications
