Washers in accordance with GOST 11648-75 – thrust quick-detachable for shafts with a diameter of 2 to 20 mm.
Description of product design features
Production material: steel grade 65G and bronze BrKMts3-1.
Coating of thrust washers:
- cadmium;
- zinc;
- oxide chemical;
- chemical passivation;
- anodic oxide;
- nickel;
- silver;
- copper;
- phosphate
performed in our own electroplating shop.
Steel washers must have a hardness of HV 390…502, bronze washers – at least HV 186.
The tolerance of the symmetry of the groove relative to the axis of the inner diameter for
7 mm – no more than 0.05 mm; for 7 mm – no more than 0.1 mm; asymmetry of the protrusion B – no more than 1°.
An example of a designation for a thrust quick-release washer with an inner diameter of 5 mm made of bronze BrKMts3-1 with a coating of 07 6 microns thick:

Product applications
Washers have found their wide application in the automotive, construction, engineering and industrial sectors, as well as in many other areas. Quick-release steel thrust washers are used for fastening bearings and other parts on shafts, for fastening special mounting pins, for fastening axles and pins with a special groove for this washer, in various movable joints of units and machines. The washers are thrust and, if mounted on shafts, prevent displacement of parts and bearings along the axis of the shaft. When used in conjunction with pins, pins and axles, they ensure their fixation at the installation site.
