Double lock washers should be made in two versions:
- performance 1 – crap. 1;
- performance 2 – crap. 2.
Material of manufacture high-alloy steel – 12X18H10T-M
The coating of double lock washers is chemically passivated (Chem.Pas) in our own electroplating shop.
An example of the name and designation of a double lock washer version 2 for a fastener with a nominal thread diameter of 6 mm, with a size of A = 25 mm, made of steel 12X18H10T-M, passivated:

Product applications
