Description of the product design and its features

The diameter of the smooth part should be equal to the outer diameter of the thread or equal to the diameter of the rod for rolling metric threads in accordance with GOST 19256-73

By agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer is allowed to manufacture screws with lengths not specified in GOST 17474-80

Thread – in accordance with GOST 24705-81. Runaway and undercut thread – according to GOST 10549-80

Straight slots – according to GOST 24669-81, cruciform – according to GOST 10753-86.

Tolerances, methods of control of dimensions and deviations of the shape and location of surfaces – according to GOST 1759.1-82.

Surface defects and control methods – according to GOST 1759.2-82

It is made of steel (normal or stainless), aluminum, PA 6.6 polyamide, brass, non-ferrous metal alloys with strength class 5.6; 5.8; 8.8; 10.9; 12.9. Or others as agreed with the customer.

Screws are coated with zinc, chromium, nickel, cadmium, etc. in our own electroplating workshop. A multilayer coating is also available, for example, copper-nickel (M.N.) or copper-nickel-chromium (M.N.X.6).
